We would like provide you with information regarding outpatient physical therapy services. The emphasis of our site is on answering your most FAQs.

~  Physician referral is NOT required for most insurances.                                                 Medicare and Medicaid patients DO still need a physician referral for PT services.

~  Balanced Physical Therapy is located at 576 Boyson Rd on the corner of Boyson Rd and C Ave in NE Cedar Rapids.  It is great access for people in Marion, Robins, Hiawatha as well.  

~  We will gladly verify and submit your insurance for you.  Please note we are an "office" not a "facility" for insurance purposes. 

~  Your first visit will take approx 1 hr to allow time for history, testing and treatment.  Any plan for subsequent visits would be determined after the initial evaluation. 

~  This is an independent physical therapy practice owned by Susan Bell, PT.  There is no connection with Unity Point or Mercy Care.
